  • 1 block Organic Valley® Grassmilk® Raw Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 block Organic Valley® Raw Jack-Style Cheese
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 cup raw broccoli florets
  • 1 box organic crackers

Instructions

  1. Slice the uncured beef summer sausage and cheeses into ¼-inch thick pieces.
  2. Place the green olives in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Arrange the sliced sausage and cheeses on a large cheese board, alternating colors and textures.
