  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Dried oregano or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on each square, leaving edges clear.
