  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 4 Siete burrito size grain-free wraps
  • Miso Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts and season with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Cook chicken on a preheated skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and whisk in Buffalo sauce until warmed through. Slice cooked chicken and toss it in the sauce.
  4. Warm tortillas on the skillet for about 15 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. Assemble wraps: place Buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, sliced onion, and drizzle of Miso Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Roll tightly and grill for another few minutes until golden brown.
