  • 4 pieces lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail down the center and gently pull apart the shell.
  3. In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush half over the lobster meat.
  4. Grill lobster tails shell side down for about five minutes. Flip and grill for another five minutes while basting with remaining garlic butter until meat is opaque and juicy.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving with any leftover garlic butter drizzled on top.
