  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (or thighs/breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (preferably longer).
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding.
  4. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
