  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (homestyle or buttermilk)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ¼ cup sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and egg; mix well.
  3. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally and coat with the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  4. Layer biscuit halves in the pan with pumpkin mixture between each layer.
