  • 2 pears (thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle about 2 tablespoons of honey in a rectangular shape on the parchment. Place one-sixth of the pear slices over the honey.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into six rectangles. Place each rectangle over the pear slices and gently press down to seal.
  4. Brush each tart with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
