  • 12 boiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (full fat)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red hot sauce (optional)
  • chopped chives
  • paprika or cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. In a food processor, combine egg yolks and half of the egg whites; chop the remaining whites and set aside.
  3. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, vinegar, and optional hot sauce to the processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer mixture to a bowl, add chopped egg whites and season with salt, pepper, and chives; mix gently.
  5. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with paprika or cayenne. Serve immediately with dippers.
