  3. Cut pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces and toss with seasoning mix; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, non-dairy milk in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
  5. Dip each tofu piece into flour, then non-dairy milk, followed by breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
