  • 1 pound Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Black Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
  • 4 Scallions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste, honey, chili crunch, soy sauce, black vinegar, water, and scallion whites in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté cauliflower for about 4-5 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour sauce over beef and stir for about 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add cauliflower back in and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with scallion greens and serve over rice or your preferred base.
