  • 1 package store-bought puff pastry (thawed; two sheet pack)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 ½” cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each rectangle, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce and some crushed walnuts.
  4. Fold over the corners of the pastry to create pockets.
  5. Whisk together egg yolk and milk; brush this mixture over each bite.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
