  • 12 ounces bowtie or rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ounce package taco seasoning
  • 8.75 ounces canned corn (drained)
  • 15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • ½ red onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with taco seasoning and black beans for about two minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot sauce for the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, beef mixture, corn, tomatoes, cheese, onion, and bell pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
