  • 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 9 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 11 tablespoons softened butter (for cookie dough)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until creamy. Pour over the crust.
  3. For the cookie dough topping, beat softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add an egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually incorporate flour and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon dollops of cookie dough over the cheesecake filling. Bake for about 50 minutes or until set in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
