3 cups bread flour
1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/4 tsp coarse salt
1 2/3 cup warm water
Pear
Pearl onions
Cherry tomatoes
Thinly sliced red onion
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Plenty of olive oil
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add the warm water until the dough is shaggy and wet. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight.
The next day, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil into a casserole dish and transfer the risen dough into it. Spread the dough evenly and dimple with fingers.
Let it rest for another two hours. Decorate with fresh rosemary, slices of pear, halved cherry tomatoes, and pearl onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle coarse salt before baking for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
