  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Chive and Onion Flavored Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 egg (mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
  • Additional water for sealing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Microwave cream cheese for 15-30 seconds until softened.
  3. Combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, and mozzarella in a bowl; mix well.
  4. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface into squares and cut into six squares per sheet.
  5. Place about two tablespoons of filling in the center of each square.
  6. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles, and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
