  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Sauté seasoned cubed chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet; sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, warm heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; add Italian seasoning.
  6. In the greased baking dish, combine cooked pasta, chicken & broccoli mixture, and creamy sauce until well coated.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
