  • 13 to 16 ounces pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Cooked turkey sausage or ground turkey (8 ounces)
  • Mini turkey pepperoni (6 ounces)
  • Black olives (sliced)
  • Chopped cooked chicken breast
  • Fresh spinach
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a mini skull baking tin with cooking spray.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4" thickness and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place each dough piece in the skull mold, then fill with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and toppings of your choice.
  5. Fold the dough over fillings and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Refrigerate for a few minutes before baking.
  7. Bake for 16-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
