  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, rinsed and chopped
  • 3 ounces turkey slices, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Pineapple vinegar (or any vinegar)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut cantaloupe and honeydew in half; scoop out melon balls.
