  • 1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups 7Up
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (without cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Soak the fresh cranberries in a mixture of 7Up and orange juice for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºF.
  3. Drain the soaked cranberries and place them in a Ziplok bag with powdered sugar. Shake until coated.
  4. Spread the cranberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Let cool before serving.
