  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup dill pickle (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced)
  • ½ cup burger sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in salt, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  3. On a plate or bowl, layer chopped lettuce as the base, followed by cooked beef, sliced tomatoes, diced avocado, and additional toppings as desired.
  4. Drizzle with the homemade burger sauce made of mayonnaise, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
