  • 2 1/2 cups sliced peaches (about 56 peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for filling and topping)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, flour, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
