  • 2 lbs Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced

Instructions
