  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey (regular or spicy)
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly; slice them lengthwise.
