  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon skin-side down in the baking dish and top each fillet with the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
